Concessions:
The Siegel Center has four main concessions stands, two in the main lobby, two on the north concourse. They offer traditional concessions fare, such as hot dogs, pizza, nachos, popcorn, pretzels, candy, and soft drinks.
Fast Break Cafe:
The Fast Break Cafe is located at the east end of the lobby. It offers several types of sandwiches and wraps, and has daily specials such as spaghetti & meatballs, roasted chicken, and meatloaf. Patrons can play a game of pool, or catch a game on the big screen.
Rest Rooms:
Rest Rooms are located throughout the building, all easily accessible from the concourse or lobby.
ATM:
The ATM is located at the east end of the lobby.
Elevator:
The elevator is located in the middle of the lobby.
Event Staff:
Event staff are on-site to assist you. Please contact any ticket taker, usher, or security officer should you have questions, or need assistance. Siegel Center event staff are provided by RMC Events. Their website is www.rmcevents.com
Lost & Found:
During events, please contact an event staffer with a lost & found item. After events, please call the Siegel Center main number at (804) 827-1000
Hearing Impaired:
Devices to assist the hearing impaired are available for most large events. Please contact an event staffer for assistance.
Ticket Office:
The main ticket office is located at the west end of the building. An auxiliary box office opens up during events at the east end of the building. The ticket office can be reached at (804) 828-RAMS.
